How do I know the item I'm buying is authentic?
Every item listed as original on Westcoast Military Antiques is guaranteed to be authentic. We provide detailed descriptions and photographs to give you as much information as possible. If you have any doubts, each item comes with a 90-day inspection period, during which you can initiate a return if the item does not meet your expectations of authenticity.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
We dispatch items multiple times a week using registered post. While domestic shipments generally arrive within a week, international shipping times may vary. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there could be additional delays that are beyond our control. All items are trackable, and you'll be provided with a tracking number for your convenience.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. It's crucial to keep the original box and packaging for verification and claim processing with Australia Post. Failure to do so may result in your claim being voided. Once reported, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you provide any legal advice on owning military antiques?
While we ensure the items we sell are compliant with Australian regulations, we do not provide legal advice on the ownership of specific products, such as replica firearms, knives, or swords.
