Refunds and Returns Policy for Westcoast Military Antiques
Guarantee of Authenticity
All items categorised as original are unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic and come with a 60-day inspection period. If you are unsatisfied with the authenticity of your purchase, please contact us within this time frame to initiate a return.
Proof of Inauthenticity
Should a customer dispute the authenticity of a purchased antique, such as medals or badges, written proof must be provided from a recognised authority in militaria for us to take appropriate action.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Customers are required to report any damaged or incorrect shipments within 48 hours of receipt. Retaining the original box and packaging is mandatory for verification and claim processing with Australia Post. Failure to do so may result in the claim being deemed void.
Shipping Fee Refunds
Shipping fees will only be refunded under the following conditions:
- The error occurred due to Australia Post's handling.
- The error is directly attributable to Westcoast Military Antiques.
Please double-check your registered delivery address to avoid unnecessary complications.
No 'Change of Mind' Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns based on change of mind or for defects and peculiarities clearly detailed in the item description. Customers are strongly urged to review all photos and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Inaccurate Descriptions
